Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the Centria Healthcare Portfolio, comprised of four (4) newly-renovated autism therapy centers located in Glendale, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Portsmouth, VA; and Gresham, OR. (the “Properties” or “Portfolio”).

 

Comprised of 59,525 rentable square feet, the four (4) Properties are mission-critical locations for Centria Healthcare (“Centria” or the “Tenant”) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Centria has committed to 14-year absolute NNN leases and invests heavily in each site’s development, demonstrating its long-term commitment to the locations.

 

Centria is owned by THL (“Sponsor”), a prominent global private equity firm founded in 1974 that focuses on middle market growth companies across various sectors including healthcare, consumer, business solutions, technology and financial technology. The Sponsor has strengthened Centria’s positioning in the market and established its strategic plan to grow Centria’s footprint throughout the country, with de novo site expansion expected to result in 40+ new sites nationwide in the next two years.
