The Shoppes at Buckland Hills (the “Property” or “Mall”) is a two-level, superregional mall located at 194 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, Connecticut and situated on approximately 114.70 acres, 60.8 of which are owned. The Property consists of approximately 1,312,972 square feet of gross leasable area (“GLA”) that includes anchors Macy’s (155,074 SF), Sears (141,467 SF, dark), JCPenney (123,807 SF), Macy’s Men’s & Home (118,420 SF), and a vacant anchor box (80,000 SF). The Property also features a number of owned, separately parceled outparcels, including the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Dave & Busters, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Robin and Market Grill.
