JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, as sole and exclusive agent for the owner, has been retained to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 136-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Spartanburg (the “Fairfield”, “Hotel”, or “Property”). Expected to welcome guests in September 2025, the Fairfield Inn will be the newest Hotel in the market. The Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is one of the largest healthcare systems in the State of South Carolina. 

This offering presents a new owner the opportunity to acquire a soon-to-be-delivered Hotel unencumbered of management with fee-simple ownership interest.
