The Site is located within the Western Corridor in Greater Lisbon, 10 km from the coast and 20 km from Lisbon city center. The site is well situated for access to amenities within Greater Lisbon, including central Lisbon commuting routes.

The site has a master development plan Loteamento n. 5 2006 Infrastructure and primary landscaping were completed and received by the Oeiras municipality in June 2022.

Development may start immediately in accordance with the in force regulations.

The regulations foresee unit count adjustment within the total construction areas.
