The Property is situated on approximately 132.85 acres, 127.96 of which are owned, and includes approximately 58 acres of surplus land. Comprising approximately 745,317 square feet (“SF”) of gross leasable area (“GLA”), Susquehanna Valley Mall offers an anchor line-up that includes Boscov’s (156,471 SF), Family Practice Center (106,206 SF), Flea Flickers (90,000 SF) and Redeemer Fellowship Church (68,015 SF). Notably, Family Practice Center and Redeemer Fellowship Church recently acquired the lease-hold interests in their respective anchor boxes (ownership maintains control of the ground) – providing long-term stability to those suites, additional foot-traffic generation and a diversification away from traditional retail. Susquehanna Valley Mall also features five owned outparcels comprised of notable national tenants Hobby Lobby, Denny’s, M&T Bank, Taco Bell, and the Social Security Administration offices, all situated on separate tax parcels.


Strategically situated along Routes 11 & 15 approximately 45 miles north of Harrisburg, the Property draws from a five-county trade area and is the only enclosed regional shopping mall within a 50-mile radius. Positioned near the scenic Susquehanna River, the Property benefits from a prominent location with visibility to over 38,450 vehicles per day and is easily accessible via Interstates 80 (~31,310 VPD), 81 (~64,720 VPD), and 180 (~12,080 VPD).
