FieldTurf is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarkett Group (2024 Revenue: $4.4B), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of flooring and sports surface solutions with over 140 years of operating history. The Adairsville facility serves as a recently consolidated distribution hub, supporting product manufactured nearby in Dalton, Georgia, reinforcing the tenant’s long-term commitment to the location.
