Quinta do Morgadinho is a unique green field project with a privilege location next to Vilamoura, the heart of the golden triangle of Algarve. Between two great golf courses, Vila Sol and Pinhal Golf, it benefits from a consolidated residential area with all the required amenities for an outstanding project.

The approved allotment is inserted in a 67 hectare land and allows a gross construction area of 114.740 sqm.

Divided in 116 plots, the project will provide 700 new residential units. There will also be some areas for services/club and equipment.

The infrastructures of the allotment are partially completed.
