The Queens Collection

JLL has been retained on an exclusive to arrange the sale of The Queens Collective (the “Portfolio”), a Portfolio of seven multifamily/mixed-use buildings located in Sunnyside (2 properties), Astoria (1 property), Elmhurst (2 properties), and Flushing (2 properties), Queens. Spanning 272,518 gross square feet, the Portfolio consists of 342 apartments and 6 stores.

Current ownership has recently invested ~$12M of total CapEx into the Portfolio across all seven properties. Recent property-specific upgrades across the Portfolio include window replacements/restorations, elevator/elevator mechanicals replacements, roof replacements, roof/parapet work, boiler replacements/conversions, façade restorations, sidewalk repairs, and bulkhead and skylight replacements/repairs amongst others.

All seven of the well-located, transit-oriented properties lie within a 7-block walk from public transportation, with four of the properties located within a 1 to 3-block walk to the nearest subway station. Additionally, each of the properties is located within walking distance to its respective neighborhood’s most prominent retail corridor.

The Portfolio will be sold on an as-is, where is basis.
