The Portfolio is made up of eight cash-flowing facilities that were originally built in the late 1990s and have since been updated to maintain a very competitive position within the market. Totaling 223,541 rentable square feet, the Portfolio offers immediate scale within the Midland/Odessa market, providing significant operational synergies, pricing power, and customer awareness.

The Portfolio is currently 80.3% physically leased, meaning a new owner will have meaningful opportunity to increase revenue through additional lease-up while benefitting from the strong cash flow stream that is already in place. There is also opportunity within the rent roll at each facility to optimize rental rates with strategic use of existing customer rate increases (ECRIs).

Midland and Odessa’s history as the central hub of the Permian Basin (the highest producing oil field in the United States) has created a thriving and affluent economy with an excellent real estate market and outsized self storage demand.
