Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) has been exclusively retained to offer qualified investors the opportunity to acquire the fee simple interest in the Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. Sale Leaseback (“the Property”), a side-load industrial building totaling 128,860 square feet located southeast of Huntsville, Alabama proximate to Huntsville International Airport, Redstone Arsenal, and Cummings Research Park. The building features 44,050 square feet of office space, 15,550 square feet of which is located on the second floor, and 5.6 Acres of excess frontage land on Wall Triana Highway.

The Property will be fully leased for a term of ten (10.0) years to Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. (“ULT”) an industry leader in lighting appliances and electrical manufacturing solutions. With over 125 years of experience, ULT is one of the most highly esteemed LED lighting companies in North America. Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, the Property represents ULT’s continued expansion efforts and serves as a direct support hub proximate to it’s corporate headquarters. Currently occupied by ULT and Northrop Grumman, the offering will be solely leased to Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc., removing any short term risk associated with Northrop Grumman’s lease expiration for the investor.
