Productive Sugarcane Region

1. The Aggregation provides the ability to acquire within a region which is renowned for its high-quality soils, reliable water, and ideal climate, which underpins high yielding sugarcane production.
2. The Aggregation features river loam soils, black soils, and Burdekin clays, renowned for producing high-yielding sugarcane and suitable for a wide range of intensive irrigation cropping pursuits, be it small crops or horticulture.

Secure Water Resources

1. Unlimited water is sourced through the Aggregation's eight bore pumps, which is captured for re-use in recycle pits.
2. The Aggregation has been progressively developed to maximise efficiency and can be watered in three days.
3. Pumping infrastructure: Eight bore pumps (five centrifugal pumps, two submersible pumps, and one turbine pump) and four open water recycle pit pumps (three diesel pumps and one electric pump).
4. The Aggregation's profitability is further enhanced by two 40kW solar systems.

Strategic Location

1. Ideally located on the border of Brandon and 7* kilometres west of Ayr, offering agricultural support services and a high level of amenity.
2. Close proximity to Pioneer Sugarcane Mill and associated receival sitings improving operational efficiency.
