They will require space to hold services and is looking forward to seeing how developers program the site to maximize it’s highest and best use. The Property will need to be rezoned to allow for increased density. The City of Charlotte has the Property designated as a “Regional Activity Center” under it’s 2040 plan and is receptive to rezoning to allow for mixed-use development. Accordingly, Park Ministries, Inc. is requesting proposals for development of the Property emphasizing not only the economics of a transaction, but also the scope and quality of the development, intended use, timeline for completion and other factors.
