(“JLL”) has been retained as the exclusive sales representative for LL Flooring Richmond (NYSE: LL), a Class A+ 995,792 square foot distribution facility located at 6115 Engineered Wood Way in Sandston, Virginia (“the Property”).

Built specific to LL Flooring’s® requirements, the facility serves as its East Coast distribution hub, servicing 265 stores and moving 2 million units in and out of the facility each day. LL Flooring® receives the majority of international inbound shipments via the Port of Richmond from Norfolk, making its location highly efficient for import/export and distribution operations.

The Property also sits within the heart of the 2,270-acre White Oak Technology Park, one of the largest data center nodes in the country. The Park is home to over 1,300 acres of data center development with owners such as Meta (NASDAQ: META),, Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), and Blackstone-backed QTS. Featuring renewable energy investment, an abundance of fiber, and access to multiple subsea, trans-Atlantic fiber lines, the area is primed for further data center investment.
