The NSW Government’s objectives for the Site are to:
- Create a revitalised mixed use town centre incorporating commercial, retail, education and community facilities; utilising the approved planning controls with building heights up to 40m (approximately 12 storeys) and FSR up to 2.75:1.
- Deliver a minimum of 1,000 dwellings incorporating a diverse range of dwelling types and typologies;
- Deliver at least 15% Affordable Housing (however the delivery of higher levels of Affordable Housing up to 100% will be considered); and
- Deliver 1.5ha* of open space.
