The Property features 104 trailer spaces, 25′ minimum clear height, 120-210′ truck court with 50’ concrete apron, and standing seam metal roof. The Property is 100% leased to FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX | $87.93B 2025 Rev | BBB S&P | Baa2 Moody’s) with a 5.3-year lease term and one, 5-year fixed renewal option remaining. The facility is strategically positioned along Interstate 10, one of Mobile’s major logistical thoroughfares, providing direct access to the Port of Mobile, located only 15.7 miles away, and the broader Gulf Coast region.
