Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., as exclusive advisor, is pleased to present the offering of 35th & Adams (the “Site” or “Project”), a 0.60-acre multi-housing development site with by-right zoning located in the hip and vibrant neighborhood of Normal Heights in San Diego, CA.
