Murranji Station:
- 447,700* hectare (leasehold) situated 90* kilometres northwest of Elliot, 370* kilometres south of Kathrine and 720* kilometres south of Darwin accessed by both the Stuart Highway and the Buchanan Highway.
- The productive land and soil types are characterised by black and grey clays and red sandy loams, the Property populated with Mitchell, Flinders and Spinifex Grasses, along with other native species and various seasonal herbs.

- The well-established Beef Breeding Enterprise is supported by Irrigated Stockfeed Production, with two centre pivots irrigating a total of 120* hectares, to cultivated fodder species including Reclaimer Rodes Grass and Sorghum.
- The Property is equipped with a comprehensive network of water sources including bores, water tanks, turkey nests and dams in conjunction with a 1,650* Megalitre Ground Water Licence.
- The Property has significant capital infrastructure, divided into twelve paddocks, each purposefully designed to complement the trapping system and cattle yards, with boundary and internal fencing of industry standard.
