The project comprises a total of 314 beds. The asset will offer best-in-class amenities, including a gym, swimming pool and various lounge areas, with a premium location opposite the university campus

The plot is located in Móstoles surrounded by 53k students, on the URJC campus (c.12k students) and well connected to Carlos III Leganés (c.8k students) and Getafe (c.13k students) campuses

Licence will be granted in September 2025 so the project will be operational by January 2028 Mostoles has c.12k students, while there are no PBSA beds either in stock or in the pipeline, presenting a great opportunity to enter the Madrid PBSA market
