This premium branded Hotel benefits from its strategic location at the intersection of U.S. Route 50 and Route 665 in eastern Anne Arundel County. Situated a ten-minute drive from downtown Annapolis, the Hotel is proximate to many of the area’s largest corporate and leisure demand generators including the offices of the State of Maryland, the U.S. Naval Academy, Anne Arundel Health System, the Maryland State House, the Annapolis Maritime Museum and Park, and the Navy-Marine Corps Football Stadium.

This represents a compelling value-add opportunity for a new owner to invest in the asset and execute the brand’s Property Improvement Plan (PIP), positioning the Hotel as the newest renovated select-service property in the submarket under the category-leading Hampton by Hilton flag—ranked #1 for the 17th consecutive year as the best hotel franchise.
