JLL Capital Markets (“JLL”) is pleased to bring to market, a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a City of Bee Cave owned tract of land that is a future long-term affordable workforce housing development Site (The “Site” or “Property”). Located near The Hill Country Galleria between West State Highway 71 and Bee Cave Parkway at Skaggs Drive, this Site is approximately ±22.51-acres and provides easy access to the City of Bee Cave and rest of southwest Austin. This Site along the Highway 71 corridor, is home to southwest Austin’s Hill Country, Lake Travis, Barton Creek greenbelt and other beautiful areas of Central Texas. The RFP purpose is here to solicit proposals from multi-housing developers that demonstrate to the City of Bee Cave that they are a qualified respondent and will provide satisfactory evidence of successful experience developing and managing affordable mixed-income housing and maintaining affordability commitments.
