JLL Capital Markets, as the exclusive advisor to Forestar Real Estate Group, Inc., is pleased to present a development opportunity within the Revere at Johnstown master-plan, a 500-acre master-planned community in Johnstown, Colorado.

The offering includes three distinct development opportunities across multifamily, industrial, and commercial uses. The site is zoned for each use by-right, and the master developer (Forestar), shall install all spinal infrastructure to each vertical developer (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, traffic signals, etc.).

The property sits within a metropolitan district with 20 mills (which can be further reduced to 10 mills for O&M if the buyer would like to pay for infrastructure costs).

The Plat and CD's shall be completed by Forestar. The vertical developer shall be responsible for in-tract engineering, development, platting, design, and any other entitlement requirements. The vertical developer shall work through an FDP concurrently with Forestar as they seek approval for the CD's and Plat.
