The Portfolio is being offered at a significant discount to replacement cost. The KGI 3 Retail Portfolio consists of three Properties: Ellsworth Shopping Center in Ellsworth, Maine, Mountain Valley Plaza in Gorham, New Hampshire and Crossroads Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island. The Properties are being offered for sale "a la carte." Investors have the opportunity to acquire single assets, a sub-portfolio or the full portfolio.
