22-Asset Data Center Portfolio

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”), as an exclusive advisor, is pleased to present the opportunity to acquire a national twenty-two property portfolio of data center facilities (the “Portfolio”). The Portfolio, which includes both single-tenant and multi-tenant assets, has a combined WALT of 6.8 years and weighted average tenure of 16.5 years as of December 1, 2026. The majority of the assets are leased to various well-known colocation providers (predominately on a NNN basis), with a mixture of other technology, energy, government and telco tenants as well.

The Portfolio is located across 15 states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas) and includes multiple facilities in major data center markets such as Atlanta and Phoenix. The Portfolio totals over 3.1 million square feet combined.
