The property is located in Nuremberg in the immediate vicinity of the airport and within walking distance of the “Nürnberg Ziegelstein” subway station. Optoflux GmbH specializes in the development and production of precision optics made of plastic and silicone. Its customers include well-known companies from the medical technology, sensor and automotive sectors. The purchased property is currently used for production purposes. As part of the sale, Optoflux GmbH will conclude a rental agreement with a fixed term of 5 years. 

The property was built in 1992 and comprises a well-maintained production/warehouse hall with an installed PV system and an administrative section with office space. Due to the existing hall heights and the absence of columns, the hall is suitable for various storage and production purposes.
