The Reserve at North Dallas is a 274 unit independent and assisted living community that is 100% private pay. Originally built in 2000, the community offers substantial upside through continued leasing. Stellar assumed management in Q3 2024 and has ignited material improvements since then, and the community is well positioned to achieve stabilization within the next two years.


Thunderbird Senior Living is a 345 unit independent, assisted living, and memory care community that is 100% private pay and located in the densely populated Glendale, Arizona submarket of Phoenix. Originally built in 1986, the property was thoroughly renovated in 2014-2015. The community offers high upside through continued leasing and margin improvement. Stellar also took over operations in 2024 and has effectuated considerable improvements since then, and the community is well positioned to achieve stabilization in 2026.
