(“JLL”), as exclusive advisor, has been retained for the sale of Arnot Mall, (the “Property” or “Mall”), an exceptionally located, single, and partial two, level super regional mall in Horseheads, New York. Comprising approximately 926,501 square feet (“SF”) of gross leasable area (“GLA”), the Property is situated on approximately 83.7 acres, all of which are owned.
