JLL, as the sole and exclusive agent, has been retained to offer the opportunity to acquire RiverWalk RV Park (the “Property”), a 3.11-acre RV park located in Clarkston, WA along the Snake River. The offering consists of a full-hookup RV park consisting of 26 RV sites, 2 storage units, and 3 recently renovated homes, each with 12-month leases in place. Currently, ownership does not bill-back for electricity usage on long-term stays, which provides immediate upside in revenue. Improvement upgrades to both the rentals and storage units were completed in 2022-2023. Situated along WA-129, travelers and residents are just outside the city limits and a short 4-mile drive to downtown Clarkston or Lewiston.
