The newly constructed Property is 100% leased to First Solar, Inc. (the “Tenant”), an American company and the largest manufacturer of solar panels and utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants in the Western Hemisphere, known for its advanced thin-film semiconductor technology that benefited drastically given it’s commitment to domestic manufacturing.

The Offering is a stabilized, long-term single tenant deal leased to a heavily embedded tenant in a location that is critical to the business operations, providing investors security over the 14 years of remaining lease term.
