Scale | The Aggregation represents one of New Zealand's largest dairy holdings, producing circa 2,400,000 milk solids per annum.
Climate | Southland has one of the best dairy farming climates in the world with reliable summer rainfall, and no need for expensive irrigation systems.
Operational Infrastructure | The Properties have been extensively developed to enhance overall operational efficiency which has been created through significant capital expenditure, including investment in pastures, soil fertility, laneways and effluent infrastructure.
Wintering Barns | All South Island farms experience winter climate risk, which are typically cold and wet. Cow comfort and soil/pasture health is protected with all farms having state of the art 'wintering barns'.
