Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire the fee simple interest in a freestanding single-tenant Heartland Dental located at 10660 Stanhaven Place in White Plains, Maryland (“Property” or “Asset”). The Asset is operating on a brand new 10-year double net lease with ±9.6 years of term remaining. The lease features three, five-year renewal options and 1.50% annual rent escalations in the primary term and options. The Property is set to open for business in December 2024.

Positioned within Charles County, there are three major developments underway set to transform the area.
