The property, at 135 Frenchs Forest Road W, Frenchs Forest, presents one of the most substantial development projects in the Northern Beaches, forming the epicentre of a major growth precinct.

The NSW Government’s objectives for the Site are to:

Create a revitalised mixed use town centre incorporating commercial, retail, education and community facilities; utilising the approved planning controls with building heights up to 40m (approximately 12 storeys) and FSR up to 2.75:1.
Deliver a minimum of 1,000 dwellings incorporating a diverse range of dwelling types and typologies;
Deliver at least 15% Affordable Housing (however the delivery of higher levels of Affordable Housing up to 100% will be considered); and
Deliver 1.5ha* of open space.
