Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”), as exclusive advisor to ownership, has been retained to market for sale the fee-simple interest in the Dorman Distribution Center (the “Property” or the “Offering”), a 827,180 SF bulk distribution hub located in Whiteland, IN (Indianapolis MSA). Developed as part of a master planned business park in 2021, the Property features a cross-dock configuration, a fully circulating truck court with 195’ truck court depths and abundant trailer parking with future capacity helping attract one of the nation’s top logistics providers. Following a 12-year commitment signed just after building completion, the asset is 100% leased to NFI Industries, servicing a contract relationship with 100-year-old auto-parts manufacturer, Dorman Products (NASDAQ: DORM).
