The Property is 100% leased to Federal Manufacturing, a leading designer and manufacturer of filling and packaging equipment, with 5.1 years of remaining lease term and annual rent escalations averaging 3.22%. Developed in 2014 as the company’s headquarters, the Facility consolidated four separate operations under one roof and features 28' clear heights, 1,600 amps of power, 10 overhead cranes, three of which are 15-ton cranes, two dock-high doors, and three drive-in doors.
