Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”), has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange the sale of The Quad, Athletic Recreation Center (ARC), Science & Technology Center (STC), Goodman Hall, Wilson Student Center, Joseph W. England Library, Alumni Hall, and 4140 Woodland (the “Properties” or the “Offerings”). The (or These) Properties are part of the Saint Joseph’s University, University City Campus and are being offered as a portfolio or on an individual basis.
The Quad
The Quad is a 3.30-acre lot that was previously utilized as a parking lot and green space by Saint Joseph’s University, University City Campus.
Athletic Recreation Center (ARC)
The ARC was constructed in 2003 and previously served as the main sports facility for the Campus. The building includes event and recreational gymnasiums, an indoor track, weight room, additional exercise rooms, and locker facilities.
Science & Technology Center (STC)
The Science & Technology Center (STC), is a 3-story brick/glass building completed in 2006. The building contains a large auditorium (~400 seats), lecture halls, laboratories (biology, physics and computer labs) and offices.
Goodman Hall
Goodman Hall is a four story, student residence building which contains 136 one and two-person dormitory rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors which are not in use. The entire first floor was recently converted from student bedrooms to faculty offices.
Wilson Student Center
Wilson Hall is a 4-story, student center and dormitory building. The building houses the Campus Dining hall on the first floor, and a number of campus offices, meeting rooms and several classrooms on the second floor. The third and fourth floors are dormitory areas with a total of 44, dual occupancy dorm rooms.
Joseph W. England Library
The Joseph W. England Library is a 3-story brick building built in 1973 and renovated in 2013. The building is currently home to the campus library.
Alumni Hall
The Alumni Hall and Public Safety Office Building is a single story, brick building which was originally used by the Departments of Physical Education and Athletics (relocated to the ARC building). The building, which was built in 1968, includes an auditorium used for testing, a writing center, security offices, and classrooms.
4140 Woodland
Constructed in 1920 and renovated in 2006, 4140 Woodland Ave primarily functioned as a campus storage facility, but also featured ground floor retail space, offices for the Facilities Department, and a student study lounge.
