SUNMAR


Comprising a total land area of 141.28* hectares, of which 120.54* hectares is planted to citrus varieties, Sunmar offers a proven production platform with mature, established plantings delivering a more consistent production and return profile. The holding represents exceptional land utilization (85% planted) across favourable land & soil types with minimal unproductive areas, demonstrating the quality and productivity of the asset.


Key features include:


  1. A 141-hectare* landholding that has been highly developed for horticultural purposes, comprising 121* hectares of citrus plantings focused predominantly on oranges and mandarins with smaller portions of grapefruit
  2. A mature age profile with a weighted average tree age of 23.49* years, providing established production with proven operational history and production output
  3. Secure water resources with private Darling River access (multiple) via Murray-Darling Weir Pool and benefitted by 563* megalitres of High Security water entitlements
