The Loans are secured by deeds of trust on an eight-story office property, a twelve-story office property, and a three-story office property in Washington D.C. (the “Property”, “Properties”, or “Collateral”).
Originated in 2015, 2009, and 2024, the Loans had an aggregate original balance of $58.6 million. As of January 2026, the Loans are non-performing with an unpaid principal balance of $40.7 million.
