The Property offers investors stable, long-term net lease cash flow with leading medical and retail tenants and a robust weighted average lease term of ±12.3 years. Each lease provides for contractual rent growth, with Duly and MOR featuring 2.75% annual increases, and Potbelly benefiting from 10% escalations every five years.
