Spokane Valley Mall

JLL is pleased to offer Spokane Valley Mall Anchor Box (the “Property” or “Site”), a 7.28-acre Site located at Spokane Valley Mall, the largest shopping center in Eastern Washington. The Property is visibly situated at the northwest corner of the shopping center, adjacent to Interstate 90 which sees traffic of 82,396 VPD. 

Sears (dark) was one of 5 anchors at this suburban regional mall on the east side of the Spokane Valley located off I-90. It is anchored by Macy’s, Regal 12, and JCPenney. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, and Old Navy are situated on the ring road. The former Sears store was constructed with interesting exterior architectural features with a nod to art deco. The collection of national restaurants on the ring road include: Red Robin, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Buffalo Wild Wings, and regional operators Boston’s and Twigs Martini Bar. The Center’s draw is from as far west as Seattle, and Idaho to the East.
