2. Water is charged by Lower Burdekin Water (LBW) on a rate per hectare of assessable area. LBW Northern Division Growers (sugarcane crop) pay $103.40 per hectare on an annual basis (where Wilmar Sugar Ltd has co-contributed $50.92 per hectare). Through payment of this annual rate, the Property can pump an unrestricted amount of water.
3. The Property accesses quality groundwater via eight bore pumps, which is captured for reuse in recycle pits and distributed by four open water pit pumps.
4. The Property's pumps can deliver a combined 45 ML over a 24-hour period, enabling one manager to irrigate the entire Property within three days.

Highly Productive
