The Portfolio is anchored by a strong-performing Shaw’s Supermarket, along with a complementary mix of national credit tenants including a Stop & Shop Master Lease, Marshalls, Tractor Supply, Goodwill, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar. The Portfolio is being offered at a significant discount to replacement cost. There are below-market in-place rents, and densification opportunities, which will allow investors to push returns over time.


The KGI 3 Retail Portfolio consists of three Properties: Ellsworth Shopping Center in Ellsworth, Maine, Mountain Valley Plaza in Gorham, New Hampshire and Crossroads Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island. The Properties are being offered for sale "a la carte." Investors have the opportunity to acquire single assets, a sub-portfolio or the full portfolio.
