The towering 41-storey building was once the tallest building after its completion in 1997 and remains to be the tallest steel framed office building to date. One of the first buildings to use double-glazed glass that not only provides great design but also functionality. The center core design of the building provides good flexibility to occupiers. The building has a lot of history and was originally designed by National Artist Juan Nakpil.
