Jefferson County School Portfolio

Jefferson County Public Schools (“Jeffco”) is soliciting qualifications (“Pre-Qualification Document” or “Document”) from potential buyers (“Buyer” or “Respondent”) to purchase the approximately 9.63-acre property located at 5900 Oak Street in Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado and the approximate 8.079-acre property located at 9050 Field Street in Westminster, Jefferson County, Colorado (referred herein as “the Property”). The Buyer will be responsible for any required entitlement, development, financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of the improvements constructed thereon for the project (“Project”). The Property is currently owned by Jeffco and will be sold outright to the awarded Buyer.
