Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) is pleased to offer for sale the Midwest Retail Net Lease Portfolio, which is a unique opportunity to acquire an 8-asset collection of single-tenant net lease properties including fast-casual dining, discount retail, and educational and training facilities. Comprising over 70,313 square feet that are located across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, the Portfolio contains $1.66 million of net operating income with ±14.9 years of weighted average remaining net lease term.

The Portfolio is comprised of over 51% investment grade-tenancy, while also offering exposure to four distinct credit profiles. The Portfolio is diversified across not only various credits, but also rental structures, lease types, building sizes, and lease terms, numerous risk mitigants and flexibility in investment strategy.
