The site comprises a semi-detached, single storey building with a surface car park.

The site is accessed via the Harlow Police Station car park to the west of the court building off South Gate. Access to the subject property is via glazed doors, whilst there are further access points to the rear.

Internally, there are three courtrooms. Courts 1 & 2 are of double height, have carpeted floors and walls which are part boarded to 2m height with painted & papered walls above. These courts have perimeter trunking, fitted furniture and a ramp access for disabled access. Court 3 has single glazed plastic framed windows and painted & plastered walls. Most areas have wall or ceiling air conditioning cassette units and surface strip lighting. The waiting area has a terrazzo tiled floor.

There is a car park to the south surrounding the building providing parking for approx.18 spaces.

Surrounding the east and south is a grass verge which leads to the ring road and roundabout.
