The project will feature modern, 32’ clear height buildings, catering to the growing demand for high-quality industrial space in the southwest Twin Cities market.


The Minneapolis-St. Paul industrial market has demonstrated strong performance, with strong absorption and low vacancy rates. The southwest submarket, which includes Carver, has experienced significant rent growth in recent years due to limited new supply and increasing demand from e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing users.
