Comprising approximately 770,335 square feet (“SF”) of gross leasable area (“GLA”), the Property offers an anchor lineup that is well-suited for its trade area including Dillard’s (187,000 SF), Belk (160,000 SF), JCPenney (100,664 SF), and Premiere Cinemas (32,812 SF).

The Property is situated on approximately 61 acres and prominently located on the heavily visited Mississippi Gulf Coast along Beach Boulevard (Route 90) between Gulfport and Biloxi.
