QuikTrip - Mission, KS (Store #194)

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire the fee-simple interest in a single-tenant QuikTrip located at 4700 Lamar Avenue, Mission, KS (Kansas City MSA). The Property was purpose-built for QT in 1989 and completely rebuilt in 2003.

In March 2022, QuikTrip exercised its renewal option early that extended its lease to Feb 2028. Then, in June 2024, the Tenant affirmed its long-term commitment to the Property by adding an additional 5-year renewal option into its lease. The lease features ±3.0 years of lease term remaining, zero landlord expense responsibilities, and three, five-year renewal options.

Located ±5 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City and positioned in an excellent location along Interstate 35 near the Interstate 635 interchange, the Property benefits from seamless connectivity and high traffic counts totaling 106,000+ VPD. Importantly, the Property is the only gas & c-store that is directly off on Interstate 35 between US Highway 69 and Interstate 635.
