NY Infill Industrial Portfolio

Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange the sale of the New York Infill Industrial Portfolio (the “Portfolio”). Located in infill pockets of Long Island, New York, the Portfolio features 812,725 square feet of 100% leased, single-tenant properties with a weighted average remaining lease term of 4.0 years. Approximately 55% of year-one contractual income comes from investment grade credit tenants FedEx (S&P: BBB) and L3 Harris Technologies, Inc./EDO Corporation (S&P: BBB), with in-place portfolio rents approximately 40% below market.
