The Aggregation comprises 40,198.44* hectares offering exceptional scale for sheep and cattle production. The total estimated carrying capacity is 30,000* Dry Sheep Equivalents (DSE), historically carrying 12,000* Dorper ewes and lambs, with additional capacity for cattle when seasonal conditions are favourable.

The Aggregation benefits from diverse land classes, comprised of 16,826* hectares of wooded alluvial plains, 9,407* hectares of brigalow with a melonhole influence, 5,110* hectares of soft mulga, 3,799* hectares of open alluvial plains, and 3,449* hectares of poplar box woodlands. Soils comprise a productive mix of red loams with heavier black soil flats along traversing watercourses, providing excellent response to seasonal rainfall and in part, the ability to dryland farm areas (as evidence to the south of the Aggregation).

The Aggregation is well-suited to diversified livestock enterprises including cattle, sheep and goat production, offering flexibility across breeding, backgrounding and finishing operations.
