Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”), on behalf of the YMCA (“Owner”), is pleased to
present the opportunity to partner with the YMCA to redevelop a premier
site consisting of +/-9.49 acres in Houston’s affluent Uptown/Tanglewood
Submarket. The site is currently the home of the Trotter YMCA and is
located between Augusta and Bering, just North of San Felipe. The YMCA
